Straight out of Fender's Ensenada factory, the Mexican-made Fender Player Jaguar comes mounted with HS configured pickups, graced with a super-comfy build and boasts ultra-versatile sound. The Alnico III humbucker at the bridge and Alnico II single-coil at the neck serve up a wide range of classic tone. Isolate the humbucker for a fat output framed by tight bass, a lightly scooped midrange and just the right amount of treble, and isolated the single-coil to shape a bright growl packed with warm bass and rich mids. This magic combo is a classic hallmark of styles like surf, alternative rock, grunge, indie and even pop.

Extending the note range just a touch, this Jaguar comes loaded with a set of twenty-two medium-jumbo frets while the comfortably short 24 inch scale length, Modern-C profile maple neck and the classic 9.5 inch radius of the pau ferro fretboard complete tight and fast playability. The buttery-soft feel of the satin-gloss lacquer on the back of the neck doesn't do any harm either. Polished off with classic chrome-plated hardware, from the six-saddle bridge to the machine heads, the Player-Series Jaguar does everything you'd expect, and does it in retro style.
